Wheels within wheels
(or, Other relationships and considerations)

If anyone ever doubted the extent to which our lives are interconnected, across the globe, this historical turn must dispel those doubts once and for all. One group of terrorists orchestrated and carried out the attacks of September 11, two tall buildings were destroyed and many nation-states lost their nationals, one state declared war against a government which is barely a state, and in the following 'global' war against terrorism, several other states, adjacent and distant, most with blood on their own hands, have been roped in... creating layer upon layer of consequences. Some key relationships, from my point of view, will be affected, even if history proves the effect not to be profound. On this page, I will from this date (November 12, 2001) start listing analyses thereof.
